The Quarter Beef package is one of our most popular! It will keep your family of four fed for about 6 months. With this package, you will have your own little grocery store “freezer” section right at home. This option requires about 4 to 6 cubic feet of freezer space.

- 40% savory cuts and roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/ar,/rump roasts, brisket, ribs, stew meat
- 40% Premium Ground Beef
How it works:
1. Make a down payment by ordering online.
2. Final Payment is collected right before your beef ships out.
3. We will send the beef directly to you from the Processor to ensure absolute freshness or you can opt to pick-up from us directly in Hampshire, IL .
